TherapySolo uses cookies and similar technologies to help operate our Service.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that allow us to recognize you and remember your preferences.

How We Use Them

We use cookies for three simple reasons:

  • Security & Authentication: To keep you logged in and ensure your session is secure. The Service cannot function without these.
  • Preferences: To remember settings like your display theme or sidebar status.
  • Performance: To monitor our site's uptime and speed so we can fix bugs.

Analytics (Marketing Pages Only)

We use Google Analytics on a limited set of public marketing pages (such as our homepage, pricing, and about pages) to understand how visitors find and interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and track page views.

Google Analytics is not loaded on any authenticated page, including the Therapist Portal, Client Portal, or individual therapist profile pages. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is ever sent to Google.

We do not use cookies for advertising, re-targeting, or selling your data to third parties.

Managing Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but please note that you will not be able to log in to TherapySolo if you do so.
